Next to each Party Bag contents description, click to access the simple on-line ordering system.

Once you’ve clicked …. You're given details of all our additional optional extras you are able to add to the basic party bag… simply follow the list down the page…. If you see anything you’d like to add…. Click on the relevant SELECT …. You’re on your way to making your BESPOKE PARTY BAG!

How many Party Bags do you want to purchase?

Options for the party bag itself …Cellophane?…clear /coloured or patterned?

Would you like sweets added to your bag? Several options are available.....

Would you like your Party Bags…Made up by us? or perhaps sent out for your self-assembly?

Would you like your Party Bags… Tied?.. If so, Ribbon? Or Twistie Tie?

Or are you wanting to add cake to the bag... if so, choose the leave open option and choose if you'd like a ribbon ot tie including..

Once you’re certain you have made your very own party bags….click to put them into your SHOPPING BASKET

Should you wish to order any other products, browse through the other categories, clicking BUY on any you would like to purchase (ensure you type in quantities of each item needed).  Once you’ve finished shopping and everything is in your Shopping Basket….you can review / add / delete / update it’s contents until you are ready to complete the order.

Delivery address details will need to be added, and whether standard / express delivery etc is required.

Once you are satisfied your order is correct and complete, click to go to the CHECKOUT.

Once at the CHECKOUT, you will be passed onto our safe and secure payment area, provided to us by PROTX. The payment screen is operated by PROTX,not ourselves, therefore all payment information asked for to enable completion of the order, is dealt with via PROTX  and it's safe and secure network servers. www.allsortsofpartybags hold no details re the credit /debit card payments. PROTX take all this info which is encrypted, they advise us when your payment has been authorised, at this point an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you advising of the payment. The order will then be processed by ourselves ready to be despatched to yourself.

Please note:- Payments can only be accepted in GB Pound Sterling.

 CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER

 Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, an e-mail confirmation will be automatically sent to you to advise the order is being processed.

If the order has been placed before 1.30pm on an office working day, we endeavour to despatch it that same day, unless of course something on the order is out of stock or awaiting a stock delivery. Should this happen we would advise you immediately re the stock situation, or perhaps offer a substitute for an out of stock item. Should this happen and you were not happy with the alternative, a full refund would be offered.

Orders placed / payments cleared after 1.30pm will be dealt with during the next office working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday (unless of course it is a Bank Holiday).

TELEPHONE ORDERS  We are able to take orders and credit / debit card payments over the telephone.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS  Wanting to send us a cheque via the post, complete the order and select the cheque payment option, send cheque to address stated on the order confirmation.  Please Note:- Cheques can only be drawn on a UK bank and amounts must be in GB Pounds Sterling - normally a 5 working day timescale - please ensure you order in ample time should you be using the cheque facility

Office Sales Team available Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm. Should you call the office outside of opening hours, an answer phone is available, please leave a name and number, a staff member will then call you when our office is open next.
