 Delivery Terms

 Our standard delivery is for upto 5 working days and is to most UK mainland destinations and comes at the fixed price of £4.99 per order.   Royal Mail 2nd class delivery , parcel weight upto max of 2kg.  (Over 2kg weight we will call to advise of extra postal charges) Signature will be required. (Packaging costs are included in the delivery price).

PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT POST TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS - WE ONLY POST TO UK MAINLAND DESTINATIONS!

Someone will need to be in to accept and sign for the delivery. Should this not happen when delivery is attempted, or the delivery is refused, information on how you arrange re-delivery of the parcel, or organise the collection of the parcel from the delivery companies depot / post office will be left by either the courier or postman.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We are confident you will be extremely happy with your purchase, but if not you can return the entire order to us for a full refund (less packaging and less delivery costs). Return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Before sending the order back to us, you must have contacted the office  by phone on 01778 425444. You must state the original order number and date of order, the reason as to why you are wishing to return the entire order. On giving the required information the office will issue you with a returns number which must be clearly identifiable in the returns parcel. The returned goods can only be issued with a refund if they are received back to us in their original condition with all contents complete / labels attached / and in their original packaging.

We would recommend anyone sending a parcel to us to ensure they gain proof of posting. Once the parcel has been received and contents checked as being returned in their entire and un-damaged condition, then a refund will be given as the original payment method.Damaged Goods on Delivery

If you parcel unfortunately arrives damaged, you must advise us within 24 hours of its delivery. We will arrange a replacement delivery and then the return to ourselves of the entire damaged parcel.

Loss or Damage in Transit

We make every effort during packaging your order to ensure it’s contents will remain in perfect condition during transit. Should your parcel arrive damaged, please call us immediately detailing the damage, a photo of how you're parcel has arrived would be appreciated.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with the goods you receive from us.  But, should you not, we do offer a returns /refund or exchange policy.
You must notify us within 48 hours of it's delivery by speaking to a staff member; a message left on the answer phone is not accepted as notification of return.  A member of staff will need to give you a returns number to include with the returning parcel, please include a brief note detailing why you were not happy. The complete parcel must be returned for a refund / exchange. The customer returning the parcel will be responsible for the returning parcel postage costs unless of course  your delivered goods were faulty or they have been incorrectly supplied by us. 
A signature will be required at our offices on receipt of the problem, so please ensure you get the correct service when returning the parcel.  Wrap the parcel well as it needs to be delivered back to us in the condition it left us in. Once the parcel has been received back in, and checked off as complete, the refund will be actioned.

Complaints … We hope not..

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund (less original packaging and delivery costs) or exchange the goods, providing you return the complete order, in the same condition as it went out from ourselves.  We would hope to resolve any complaint within 2 working days.
